We Are Not Alone

Out of trillions of solar systems that have planets and habitable zones like ours, why should ours be the only one with intelligent life?  Mathematically speaking, chances are absolutely nil that it is.  Scientifically speaking it is categorically impossible.  James Edward Gilmer's most recent book:  "100 Year Cover-up Revealed:  We Lived with Dinosaurs!" presents exhaustive evidence showing that our universe could not have materialized and developed on its own via evolution but rather through intelligent (divine) planning.  Spiritually speaking then, why should God have created trillions of solar systems and then limited intelligent life to just one planet in one of them?  Yes, the thousands of visible stars that blanket the night sky can provide a beautiful spectacle that glorifies God.  Yes, stars have practical functions such as providing navigation for traveling on earth.  But what about the trillions upon trillions of stars and even more planets that are invisible not only to the naked eye, but to our most powerful telescopes and sensitive detection instruments?  What are those stars and planets for?  Nothing?  Allowing so many stars and planets to form for no reason at all is like a Detroit car maker assembling millions of cars for the purpose of selling one of them.  It would make no sense.  So, clearly, we are not alone.  For page after page of convincing evidence, read "Chariots of Gods or Demons."
